On July 18 in Sacramento at the sprawling Cal Expo, the California State Fair Cannabis Awards honored the finest producers of the state’s most valuable crop with a pack of Golden Bears and a table full of medals during a sweaty, misty, jubilant ceremony.

Because we live in a civilized society, not some prohibitionist dystopia—looking at you, Idaho—we can get them delivered, reserved for pickup, or walk in and pay. Just be sure to have a valid 21+ ID.

Here are many of the winners of the California State Fair Cannabis Awards and where to buy them—from Weed, CA to Oceanside, CA.

California State Fair Cannabis Awards 2026 flower winners

Ridgeline Farms validated the hype for their latest hit, Blueberry Caviar, with the brand Cookies by taking a Golden Bear in the greenhouse flower category with it. You can find Blueberry Caviar under the Cookies brand across California, the retail menu site Weedmaps reports. It’s on shelves in San Jose and Costa Mesa’s Jaderoom, as of press time.

Blueberry Caviar seeds are also out there from Tangled Roots seed bank, so we’re seeing Blue Caviar from Preferred, Stiiiizy, and a Lime Caviar from Traditional. Blueberry Caviar is a cross of LANTZ x Grape Gas, so you can’t blame other growers for jumping in.

The strain LANTZ itself remains a popular option statewide. You can find local stocks of LANTZ via its strain pages on the popular aggregators Weedmaps and Leafly.

Wood Wide High Craft of Mendocino County took the Golden Bear for best indoor flower with Woodzy—available across the state at select retailers. Weedmaps shows it in stock in San Francisco’s Potent, while Leafly has it in Costa Mesa.

Wood Wide deploys Woodzy to take trophies regularly, but they have an entire smoking lineup including Grumpy Tiger, Pleazure, 4X4Zs and RS-11. Try them all.

Greenshock shook us with their Golden Bear-winning Pink Rider. The home base for Greenshock’s award-winning Pink Rider flower includes the State Fair itself. Stocks of Pink Rider are on the menu in the cannabis section of the Fair, which is open on weekends through Aug. 2, 2026.

You can find Greenshock powering the Garcia Handpicked brand, which is available in hundreds of stores across the state from San Diego to Weed, CA.

Solful is also the source for medalists Avenue of the Giants from Happy Day, Mule Fuel by Alpenglow, XJ-13 from Briceland Forest Farm, and Love and Laughter by Heartrock Mountain Farm.

Among the biggest dogs, the greenhouse mega-farmer Glass House Farms of Carpinteria, CA entered more flowers than any other brand, and thus, came away with several handfuls of medals.

You can find Glass House directly from their stores, as well as through Glass House-branded flower across the state—check their store locator. You can find their Infamous MF via Pharmacy Berkeley, and NUG Wellness San Leandro.

Golden Bear-winning vapes and hash

The Santa Rosa-area indoor living soil grower Moon Valley Cannabis swept through the cartridges and concentrates category July 18. Both extracts come from their superb indoor, soil-grown flower.

Your best bet for finding Moon Valley is their brand page on Weedmaps, which aggregates listings across the state. That Golden Bear-winning Neon Panther all-in-one (AIO) is in Vallejo and Santa Rosa, CA today. That’s hot. The Cure Co in South LA also carries this elite AIO.

The brand name infamous for getting you crunk at parties in the ’90s and aughts—St. Ides—is back with a healthier option.

St. Ides’ 100mg THC Lychee Pear took home the Golden Bear in drinks on July 18 and can be found across the state in edibles fridges. A good aggregator is Weedmaps’ product page for it, which displays menus that carry it in your area.  Leafly offers another route to search locally.

There are even more medalists to explore on the @calcannaawards profile page on Instagram. Let your fingers do the shopping and smoke with the pros by the week’s end.

Just remember, products blink in and out of stock like twinkling stars in the night sky, so don’t wait to pounce on some greatness. When some of this produce is gone, it’s gone.
