Flora + Bast hemp skincare review

flora and bast hemp skincare review: Indoor cannabis cultivation facility with healthy marijuana plants under LED grow lights. Dense buds, hydroponic system, and advanced technology ensure high-quality medical and recreational production

There are countless ways to use the cannabis plant. People obviously smoke the flower, craft extracts for dabbing, and infuse cannabinoids into candies and foods. There is also a wide array of creams and balms that are often used to relieve muscle tension and even assist in tattoo aftercare. Among all these well-known goods, there is another less-recognized group of products that is low-key slept on. Not by me, though.

Cannabis and hemp skincare have been around for a long time, but have yet to achieve maximum popularity. This may be because it does not get people stoned, but the serums and creams do have worthwhile effects. I have tried out a few new cannabis skincare products in the last month to figure out whether they are worth it, and I was pleasantly surprised.

I have to be careful with new skincare products because my combination skin breaks out easily, but none of these anti-aging, moisturizing goods caused issues. Let’s take a look at the latest.

Age-adapting facial serum review

Flora + Bast offers a complete line of facial skincare products, each with its own purpose. Some aim to regenerate while others focuses on clarifying. I tried the Age Adapting Facial Serum ($88), an oil-based serum with 750 milligrams (mg) of CBD, 100 mg of CBC, 50 mg of CBG, and one percent hemp seed oil per bottle. The result is a lightweight facial serum that, when used in moderation, did not cause breakouts.

I used the Age Adapting serum nightly for about a month and noticed that my skin was moisturized and supple. However, if I overdid it cosplaying as a skincare influencer I see on my screen, I ended up with a pimple the next morning. Those who like an oil-based serum will like having this cannabinoid-based skincare in their lineup. However, some might want to use it in moderation.

While I only tried the age-adapting facial serum, there are more cannabinoid-infused products in the lineup. The Clarifying Facial Treatment has active ingredients focused on clearing up blemishes and impurities. It uses a combination of 500 mg of CBD, 500 mg of CBG, and 100 mg of CBC to banish breakouts and redness.

The Relieve + Regenerate treatment combines 1100 mg of CBD with calendula and squalene to relieve irritated skin from conditions like eczema. These products are a hemp-derived treat in a larger line of skincare, all of which is available nationwide.

Taking care of my skin has become paramount as I round the corner to 40 years old, but I wish I had taken an interest in it sooner. The thing about skin care is you can never go back in time, but you can attempt to stop it in its tracks. Those looking to pause time might consider this age-adapting cannabis skin care for their nightly routine.
