Pax Era Go Review: all about this vape battery

As cannabis hits its stride, certain companies celebrate longevity as pioneers in the space. PAX, a leader in vape technology, is one of them. The brand was founded in 2004 and has never stopped innovating. Its original dry herb vape inspired generations of devices, and a more recent creation brings bigger clouds to the vape pod landscape in delightful colors.

All about the PAX Era Go
The Era Go is the third battery made by the tech brand, and it improves on the original in many ways. The most important upgrade is a 200 percent increase in vapor production. After trying both models, I am no longer skeptical about that high percentage. The thing absolutely rips, provided you have the right pods to go in it.
“The launch of our high-performance ERA is a testament to PAX’s ongoing commitment to consumer-focused innovation, improving our product performance based on insights and feedback,” PAX senior director of hardware and product design Scott Collins said in a press release.
This device, made from ceramic and food-grade materials, hits at one temperature (320°F) that is optimal for the pod system. Era batteries work with Pax Pods, a proprietary system that boasts better airflow.
Testing how it hits
The Go battery lasts 250 puffs and up to 180 days without use, a capacity that lasts exponentially longer than the Era Life. The Go measures in at 3.2”, compared to the Life at 2.9” and the Pro at 3.3”. It uses an included USB-C to charge from zero battery life to full in less than an hour.
PAX touts this piece as their simplest pod battery yet, and sometimes, simple is best, especially when it means a good price. Which it does with the Go, coming in at $28. The Go is available in four new colors: lavender, sky blue, gold, and black. It also boasts a 20 percent longer life than the usual 510-threaded vape battery.
“We’re thrilled to offer a harder-hitting experience—still on the same cleaner, safer system we’ve always been known for—in a way that delivers more value to our end customers,” Collins continued.
The people agreed. The initial Go has sold out since its launch. I tested out a lavender Go with a Blue Dream live rosin pod and enjoyed it straight out of the bag. The brand recently added two flavors of Live Rosin with Diamonds from Sonoma Hills Farm.
The Glitterbomb has a skunky berry flavor with a groovy effect verging from the hybrid realm into indica. But I really vibed with the Chocolate Skunk. This variety engaged more in the body, I felt a little tense muscles crack open after a hit. And it will be surprising how much vapor a small pull can produce. Those new to the Era Go should take a small hit to start and see where things go.

Excellent clouds, quality pods
The PAX Era Go is sleek, lightweight, and powerful. Pop a pod in, take a pull, and off it rips. It produces large, flavorful clouds with no burning taste. Even without the advanced tech, I have always been drawn to PAX products.
Not only does this vape battery rip, but the brand is also dedicated to consumer safety and sustainability. This device promises to produce vapor free from crystalline silica, heavy metals, battery air, harmful toxins, or other combustion byproducts.
I am a fan of this battery option since it lasts longer and comes from a brand aiming for carbon neutrality. Not to mention the huge, tasty clouds. It is a worthy addition to the Era line, now four deep. The Go adds a powerful piece at an affordable price- a much-appreciated move in this economy. And that was the plan all along.
