Inside the Oscars’ $350,000 gift bag: Luxury trips, skincare, and weed

The 2026 awards season will culminate with the 98th Academy Awards this weekend. While Paul Thomas Anderson’s epic One Battle After Another faces the odd yet satisfying Marty Supreme for top honors, every nominee is guaranteed to walk away with at least one valuable prize: the annual “Everyone Wins” gift bag curated by Distinctive Assets. And this year, the bag has more weed than ever.

The six-figure collection, valued at around $350,000, includes luxury vacations, premium skin care products, and gourmet treats. In addition to the once-in-a-lifetime experiences, the 2026 bag contains several cannabis products from multistate operator Green Thumb Industries (GTI). The offerings include a selection of Beboe and RYTHM goods, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, as well as Señorita THC-infused margaritas.

GTI made its Oscars swag bag debut in 2025, providing Hollywood A-listers with some of its high-end products. This year, the company is doubling down—for good reason. The “Everyone Wins” bag is often almost as talked about as the ceremony itself.

The lavish gift bag also includes THC packets from Cann Social Tonics this year. Cann, one of the leading infused beverage brands in the country, counts several celebrities among its investors, including Gwyneth Paltrow and Adam Devine.

Weed in the Oscars swag bag isn’t new. Flow Kana became the first company to include intoxicating cannabis products in 2018; five years later, nominees received CBD lotion. More and more, cannabis products appear to be a staple of the coveted collection.

It’s another example of cannabis moving further into the mainstream. GTI made headlines earlier this year when the United Center in Chicago announced it would begin offering Señorita THC beverages at concerts and other high-profile events.

The Academy Awards are one of the biggest nights in Hollywood. While the ceremony can be exhausting for celebrities navigating the red carpet and mid-show monologues, the THC in the swag bag may serve as a relaxing treat at the end of the night.
