Meet the Bluetooth vape battery that solves every stoner’s problem

Vape pens have become a staple of cannabis culture, making up a significant share of dispensary sales. Consumers love them for their convenience and discretion, but they’re not without drawbacks. Like your keys or phone, they tend to go missing, and few things sting like watching your pen shatter after a drop.

Enter Uava Labs, a Los Angeles-based tech company that set out to design a vape battery built to last — literally and figuratively. The flagship Uava device has several unique benefits, from a Bluetooth locator to a magnetized, aluminum body. We gave the Uava vape battery a test run – here’s what we found.

Uava vape battery: how it works

The Uava is compatible with any 510 cartridge. Simply screw the cart onto the top — a green light signals that it’s connected and ready to go.

The Uava features three preset voltage settings: green (2.8V), blue (3.2V), and red (3.6V). Higher voltage equals bigger rips. Press the button five times to power on, then three times to switch voltages. You’ll see the color indicator at the base shift accordingly.

Once you’ve set your preferred voltage, hold the button down and inhale from the cart’s mouthpiece. You should get a smooth, even draw.

To access the Bluetooth features, download the Uava Labs app on your phone or tablet. Press the device’s button ten times until a rainbow swirl appears; that means it’s ready to pair. Then follow the on-screen instructions to connect and name your device. The app allows you to pair multiple devices, so you can keep track of your entire collection.

This device hits different

The GreenState team has tested plenty of vape batteries over the years, but the Uava stands out for all the right reasons.

First and foremost is the Bluetooth locator. If you can’t find your Uava, hop onto the app and tap “ping.” The device will emit a loud beep, ensuring you’ll find it fast.

The app also displays your battery levels, which are seriously impressive. The included USB-C charger powers it up fast. Once charged, you’ll stay juiced for days (maybe even weeks).

The Uava’s build quality is unmatched. Drop it, toss it, or leave it in the yard, and the battery will survive. The magnetized aluminum body even sticks to your fridge or workbench for easy access.

For those who like extra-long pulls, the Uava offers a 15-second session time without burning your cart. This device really does hit different.

That’s because the Uava modulates power output to maintain consistent temperature. Most vape batteries push steady voltage until you let go, which can scorch oil and ruin the flavor.

We also love a brand with heart. Uava Labs plants a tree for every unit sold and donates a portion of the proceeds to charity. Our device’s donation went to Heal the Bay, a Southern California non-profit working to protect coastal waters.

Uava: the last vape battery you’ll lose

The Uava vape pen is worth the $45 price tag for its futuristic features and flavorful hits. It delivers consistent, terp-rich clouds, long-lasting battery life, and a nearly indestructible design. Plus, the built-in locator means this might just be the last vape battery you ever lose.
