The Emmy Award-winning television show host and entrepreneur will serve as the keynote speaker for the upcoming World Cannabis Conference in Canada on June 16-18, according to a press release.

The annual event was launched in 2015 by the cannabis lifestyle publication Civilized and publisher Derek Riedle.

“I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience in the lifestyle space with this tailored audience,” said Stewart in a release. “As I begin to collaborate on products for the CBD market, and as the demand for these types of product grows, I’m very interested in the conversations and connections at this event.”

Stewart is now part of cannabis culture thanks to her weekly cooking show with marijuana enthusiast Snoop Dogg, where they throw dinner parties and share infused recipes with  4/20-friendly celebrities like Wiz Khalifa, Seth Rogen, and 50 Cent.

She also recently accepted a role as adviser to the legal marijuana company Canopy Growth, and will join Riedle and Canopy Growth founder, chairman and co-CEO Bruce Linton in conversation at the event.

“Martha is an iconic figure in many business communities,” said Riedle in a release. “Her move to get involved in the cannabis industry is an excellent proof point that the move to de-stigmatize cannabis in modern culture worldwide is off to a great start.”
