I Attended A Cannabis Women’s Wellness Retreat (Sponsored)

It was a haven, a sanctuary, with plant medicine abound. A portal into heaven on Earth, complete with a cathedral to practice yoga in, a magnificent view of soft, smooth hills nestled in the East Bay hills, and a never-ending supply of cannabis to complement it all.

The sun decided to come out full force to bless us as we puffed, puffed, and passed outdoors on comfy blankets and cushions.

Trusted cannabis brands and wellness practitioners came together to provide the experience. The retreat included:

1) Endless flow of joints from FlowKana.

2) A deliciously healthy meal from Atlas Edibles, with Potli’s newest cannabis-infused Sriracha, plus healthy snacks on deck in between sessions

3) Yoga, experiential workshops, and CBD-infused massage.

4) Closing with a profound breathwork journey that took us deep inside of ourselves for reflection and integration.

The day could not have been more perfect.

MJ Lifestyle’s Jen Skog curated an unparalleled experience where all needs were taken care of and women could feel safe, provided for, and unjudged for enjoying cannabis freely. By bringing together trusted brands like the aforementioned plus women-owned Sava, Tso Sonoma, and Green Bee Botanicals, we were able to feel at ease and full trust to let ourselves go deeper.

The retreat showcased how well cannabis complements wellness and spiritual practices such as yoga, visualization journaling, manifestation workshops, and CBD-infused bodywork. All sealed with an incredibly powerful breathwork journey hosted by Aria Diana, a profound healer.

Hosted on beautiful, sacred lands at The Luminary Farm in Danville, CA, the retreat brought together women of all stages of their lives to unite over wellness and cannabis. From mothers to hustlers, all the women had in common the desire to relax in order to expand heir capacities to bring their best selves to their families, careers, and general life.

It’s the spark of the cannabis wellness movement.

It’s an opening of the portal for all plant medicines to become accepted, beyond just cannabis. It was a time to dive deeper inside of ourselves with cannabis to enhance the self-inquiry and reflections. The seeds were planted for good health, fortune, and abundance. We tapped into our highest vibrational selves with the assistance of plant ally Mary Jane.

It was powerful.

I feel transformed from the experience.

I am expanded and able to invite in more responsibility with playfulness. I am taking deeper breaths, accessing deeper parts of myself, and able to hold more space for those around me as a result.

I learned new wellness techniques and reframed my mindset for a more peaceful life. Then, I brought these nuggets home to infuse effortlessly into my life, taking bits of the wisdom unlocked at the retreat from within myself and from other powerful, activated women.

The paradigm has been shifted, and cannabis is emerging as a great plant ally. In fact, it is just one of many. There are profound healing plants out there, gifts from the Earth’s natural intelligence that exist to create easefulness and flow in our lives.

I’m excited for the experiences to come…

There will be more.
